هُوَ الَّذِي يُحْيِي وَيُمِيتُ ۖ فَإِذَا قَضَىٰ أَمْرًا فَإِنَّمَا يَقُولُ لَهُ كُن فَيَكُونُ
He it is Who quickeneth and giveth death. When He ordaineth a thing, He saith unto it only: Be! and it is.
