قَالَ رَبُّ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا ۖ إِن كُنتُم مُّوقِنِينَ

(Moses) said: Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, if ye had but sure belief.
